I’m drinking the 2007 vintage on tap at Blind Tiger Ale House a d enjoying like mad.
Appearance is like a muddy dark cherry mixed with other fruits, so is the nose – with tons of added funk. Really red. Knows what it is. The taste is tart up front, funky in the finish, and ripe in the middle with sweets – mostly cherry.
It’s a light body with a medium feel because of some solid carbonation. I want to drink this instead of finishing leftover Halloween candy and just enjoy the complex concoction. Too bad I couldn’t score a growler. Win again for Cantillon and Blind Tiger aging awesome beers.
